Daniel Rosenthal was elected to the New York State Assembly in November 2017.

He proudly represents the neighborhoods of Pomonok, Electchester, Kew Gardens Hills, College Point and parts of Kew Gardens, Briarwood, Richmond Hill and Whitestone.
